Comments: Gentamicine bij endocarditis is de dosering 3 mg/kg 1dd. Obesitas: Bij patiënten waarbij het werkelijk gewicht (TBW) > 25% hoger is dan het ideale gewicht (IBW) moet gedoseerd worden op aangepast gewicht (ABW) in plaats van op werkelijk gewicht.
