General comments
Spoedindicatie voor chirurgische behandeling; bij sepsis gentamicine toevoegen 1dd 7 mg/kg.
Overweeg immunoglobuline toe te voegen, eerste dag 1 g/kg, dag 2 en 3 0,5 g/kg, totaal 3 dagen.
Gezinscontacten meebehandelen en andere nauwe contacten controleren (zie LCI-richtlijn: Groep A-streptokokkeninfectie [GAS]).
